Registration & Cancellation Policies for Toronto Pursuits
How to Book
Register online or contact us at 416.892.3580 / 877.633.2555 or email at info@classicalpursuits.com. A non-refundable deposit is required to register for a seminar and an additional non-refundable deposit is required for the Stratford Shakespeare Excursion.
Deposits
All seminars require a non-refundable deposit of $300 CAD plus 13%HST per person at the time of registration. The Stratford Shakespeare Excursion requires a non-refundable deposit of $200 CAD plus 13% HST per person. The deposit will hold your reservation until June 1, at which time the full balance of the payment is due.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Verbal authorization for use of your credit card for deposit confirms your reservation and indicates your compliance with our T&C. Final payment for the full balance is due by June 1. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled. Seminars are not confirmed until paid in full.
Upon Registration
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment and information to prepare for your seminar. Final payment of balance is due by June 1.
Cancellations
If you must cancel your registration, please notify Classical Pursuits immediately by calling 416.892.3580 / 877.633.2555 or email info@classicalpursuits.com. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel prior to June 1, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit of $300 CAD plus 13% HST; cancellations thereafter forfeit the full payment. The refund for the Stratford Shakespeare Excursion will be minus the non-refundable deposit of $200 CAD plus 13% HST.
If canceled prior to June 1, we will transfer your deposit to a Toronto Pursuits seminar in the next calendar year.
Please note:
- All theatre tickets are non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise stated, all costs associated with off-campus afternoon and evening excursions, such as transportation, museum admissions and informal dinners, are not included in the program fee.
