PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking of:

$ 750.00 pp based on double for Categories E to A
$ 1,000.00 pp based on double for Junior Suites and Suites
$ 1,500.00 based on single supplement for Categories E to A
$ 2,000.00 based on single supplement for Junior Suites and Suites

Final Payment is due April 20th, 2009, payable by cheque or credit card. If paying by credit card, fill out and return the enclosed Credit Card Authorization Form

CANCELLATIONS
124 -100 days prior to departure…………....…….….35% of full fare per person will be retained
99 – 65 days prior to departure………………….……65% of full fare per person will be retained
64 - 30 days prior to departure………………………..100% of full fare per person will be retained

There is no refund for cancellations received less than 30 days prior. (Full fare is forfeited)

Voluntary or Involuntary termination by the passenger of a cruise in progress will result in no refund.

CLASSICAL PURSUITS CANCELLATIONS
We regret that occasionally it is necessary to cancel a trip, and Classical Pursuits reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason. In such circumstances, refund of all payments received by Classical Pursuits shall constitute full settlement. Classical Pursuits is not responsible for any additional loss incurred on travel arrangements or air tickets due to a trip cancellation.

TRAVELLER CANCELLATIONS
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, you should notify us in writing immediately. The cancellation terms for our trips are as follows:

INSURANCE
The trip price does not include any insurance coverage, and Classical Pursuits strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of medical emergencies, lost bags, a cancelled trip or any other unforeseen event. You should also consult your existing insurance policies and consider supplemental hospital and health insurance for overseas travel.

TRAVELLER RESPONSIBILITY
All travellers assume the responsibility to select or design the trip most appropriate to their physical abilities and interests. Travellers are responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake their trip; for obtaining the appropriate medical and cancellation insurance; for studying all pre-departure information; and for acting in a manner considerate of fellow travellers and the countries visited.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to complete your reservation, you must read, complete, sign and return Classical Pursuits' Acknowledgement of Standard Terms and Conditions form 90 days prior to your departure. This form will be sent to you after you have paid your initial deposit as part of the confirmation package. Please read the form carefully. Classical Pursuits and Exotic Destinations, their principals, employees, agents, and independent contractors are not responsible for any damage or injury to person or property that you may suffer or cause to another arising out of or in connection with your participation in a Classical Pursuits trip. You understand that travellers and participating in the activities included in Classical Pursuits trips may involve risks or dangers, and by taking part in a Classical Pursuits trip you acknowledge and assume the inherent risk.

CLASSICAL PURSUITS
All Classical Pursuits trips are planned and guided by Classical Pursuits Inc., an Ontario corporation (Ontario Corporation Number 1542418). All trips are offered subject to Classical Pursuits' standard terms & conditions, as described above. Classical Pursuits is not a travel agent or tour operator. Classical Pursuits is a planner of seminar-type services only.

EXOTIC DESTINATIONS (TORONTO) COOPERATIVE LTD
Exotic Destinations is the travel agency that will accept your reservation and payment for any Classical Pursuits trip. Exotic Destinations books the accommodation and ground transportation in accordance with the plans developed by Classical Pursuits for its trips. Exotic Destinations offers travel insurance and would also be pleased to book your flights and any extended travel arrangements. Exotic Destination’s Travel Industry of Ontario (TICO) registration number is 50012510.

TRANSFERS & CHANGES
You may transfer to other trips offered by Classical Pursuits in the same calendar year for an administration fee of $50 Cdn per person by notifying Exotic Destinations no later than 90 days prior to the departure date of their trip. Published itineraries are subject to change or modification at any time at Classical Pursuits' discretion due to changing conditions in the field. Any changes to the reservation at the request of the traveller are subject to an administrative fee of $50 Cdn per person.

TAXES & ENTRY VISAS
The 5 % GST (Goods and Service Tax) is included in the price of trips within Canada only. Visa entry costs are extra. Please review your invoice for details.

PRIVACY & PHOTOGRAPHY
Classical Pursuits is committed to controlling the collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided by our travellers in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Please visit our website for further details. Classical Pursuits reserves the right to take photographic records on trip for promotional purposes, and travellers grant Classical Pursuits express permission to use their images for such purposes.

PARTICIPATION
We require that all travellers be at least 18 years of age on all trips apart from designated family departures. For the benefit t of all travellers, Classical Pursuits reserves the right to accept or reject any traveller as a trip participant, and to remove from the trip, without refund, any travellers whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the group.
