John’s enthusiasm is contagious and encouraged all participants in a thoughtful discussion about relevant ideas and issues. He could not have been better prepared or more effective at pressing for meaning and honest responses. The entire week was energized — John’s ability to create real discussion about critical issues is rare.

Rick Phillips [was] superb! An enlightening, charming, engaging experience all around. I learned so much from him, as did we all. Rick’s knowledge is legion, his delivery awesome, and his classroom management skills second to none. Being able to actually see and hear the performances [at the Toronto Summer Music Festival concert] transported us all.
