Registration & Cancellation Policy for Toronto Pursuits
HOW TO REGISTER
Formal registration and collection of deposits for Toronto Pursuits will open once the University of Toronto/Victoria College resumes events. We invite you to complete this pre-registration form to indicate the seminar you are most interested in. Please submit the form just once.
Once formal registration opens, please register online or call us at 647-846-3422. A nonrefundable deposit of C$300 is required to register for the Toronto Pursuits program (morning seminar, lunch, and all included afternoon and evening activities).
Full payment is due at registration for the afternoon seminars. More details on these will be provided shortly.
All fees are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
We encourage you to read the seminar descriptions carefully to make sure the topic and amount of reading are a good match for you. We always happy to provide more information about a seminar or put you in contact with a seminar leader.
You can always find all readings listed on each seminar page and get details on length using book ISBNs. You are free to change your seminar before July 1, 2022, provided there is space in the seminar you want to move to and you are able to complete any preparation required. There is no cost to change seminars.
After July 1, we cannot accommodate any change in seminar. No refunds will be given should you wish to change seminars after July 1.
The Toronto Pursuits program requires a nonrefundable deposit of C$300 per person at the time of registration. The deposit will hold your reservation until the full balance of payment is made. Classical Pursuits does not guarantee a place in a seminar without a deposit.
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive notification of your enrollment and information to prepare for your seminar. The final payment of your balance will confirm your registration.
Payments for Toronto Pursuits can be made by credit card or cheque in Canadian funds. Please make cheques out to Classical Pursuits. Please contact us to register by cheque; contact details are below.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Verbal authorization for the use of your credit card for deposit confirms your reservation and indicates your compliance with our registration and cancellation policy for Toronto Pursuits.
Final payment for the full balance is due by June 1, 2022. We will send reminders in late May 2022. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled.
